这要看你想要什么样的效果了。如果想要快感，想要痛快，那就身体放松，时间快慢无所谓，爽了就行；如果想让过程变得长一些，显示自己能坚持很久，那就分散注意力，比如正在打飞机或抽插的工程中，脑子里想一些别的事情，比如正在看的某部电视剧，想想明天的工作计划之类的，呵呵，绝对能延长时间，不妨试试：）
